You Don’t Need a Real Estate Professional

What you need is a friend…. Who is also a real estate professional! : )

This is one principle I always lived by; being a friend and serving well. I would like to share to you my life, yet, through this blog. And hopefully, you can see me and our team RentCentralPh as your friend and real estate professional whom you can seek advises for your real estate requirements.

The Real Estate Broker

I am Hero Enal, and I’m a licensed real estate broker. I've been in real estate since January of 2012 and passed the real estate broker’s exam on March of the same year. Before real estate, I used to be in a networking company. For four years, I honed my marketing and people skills in network marketing. However, I didn't get any success with it, but, what I've learned in that business was my key to the real estate industry.

Commercial Real Estate

My first stints in real estate, was somehow, unorganized. I checked lots, houses, house and lots, islands that were being sold by its owners, then rendering my services to sell and market it online. So far, up to this date, I haven’t sold one yet.

Me and my wife, which has always been with me, got also a chance to be part of a team who sold house and lots in Batangas City. It was really a good experience, especially with the marketing team. We closed two accounts back then. However, our relationship with the developer didn't grow, and we decided to leave Batangas.

For months, I was really searching for that niche in real estate. I know that if we’ll focus on one area in real estate, we will earn. I prayed hard to have that focus and peace of mind to do it. I was just tired of my life because for a long time, about four years, me and my fiance really struggled financially; no income, a lot of debts, and bad relationships. Until that day, that day that God dawned on me. He then gave me that discerning spirit to go to leasing, which eventually shifted to commercial real estate focused in Makati City, Philippines.

So Why Commercial Real Estate?

• A large part of my reason, back then, was the commission release in commercial real estate leasing was faster compared to selling residential units. 
• We got to talk directly to the business owners, entrepreneurs, higher positioned employees, etc. It’s usually a business-to-business transaction. 
• The network of people we know will be better, given the chance that we can serve both the clients and the building admin/owners better. 

And So Far

And so far, we've done good, somehow. The time when I decided to shift to commercial real estate leasing was the last quarter of 2012. As of this year of writing, 2016; 

• we closed 23 deals for 2013, 41 for 2014, 45 for 2015, and 77 deals for 2016.

RentCentralPH is a listing website for the office and commercial spaces we are marketing. So far, my team really focuses on commercial properties in Makati, Taguig, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Marikina, and some parts of Quezon City.

I owe it to One Person

And that is God! For so long, God wasn't the center of my life, my business, and my relationships. But when I gave everything back again to Him, miracles happened. From a declaration of being a successful entrepreneur, I’m now at a very promising realty brokerage of my own. Before, it was a day to day struggle to find money, now, we’re just waiting for our commissions to be released. Before, I just know that my life surrounds in a certain group of people, now, I've been surrounded by great people in every walks of life. From a down relationship with my family, today, everyone does believe in me. And of course, the future I’m building with my fiance is slowly becoming a reality.

What Now?

My journey isn't over yet. I've got a lot to learn and discover, a lot of time to praise my God and His works in my life, a lot of people to meet, a lot of clients and building admin/owners to serve, a lot of cities to build my businesses, a lot of people I will help, a lot of places me and my loved ones to visit, and so on.

What I know is, that now, will always be the time of my life, to give thanks, serve, and receive blessings from God, which will propel me to do this business in His ways.
