2. Lot buyers-members are entitled to 20% discount in case of use of extra cottages / villas on the same night(s) up to 2nd to 5th room;
3. Further 20% discount for all paying facilities, save food and beverages;
4. Free use of non-fee facilities;
5. Free "day tour" of up to 10 persons only once a month, however, strictly complying with the required "pool attire" and the "no bringing of food and drinks" policy. Members' guests need be accompanied by the members or their extensions during free visits. Mere letter of authorization shall not be honored; and
6. Membership extensions of up to 5 persons, which names shall be given not later than 15 days from date of purchase. Extensions will have the same privileges as the members, non-transferable.
OPTION 2: CONSTRUCTION AND SELLING OF CONDOTELS

- 11 units per floor
- Enjoy guaranteed earnings per floor
- 5% for 10 years of the nightly rentals of all units per floor whenever occupied

OPTION 3: BUILDING AND SELLING OF CONDOTELS
- This is good for those wanting to independently construct, sell or operate their own condotels within Catanauan Cove:
- Two areas of more than 5,500 sqm each are reserved for this option.
- One is “on top of the hill” with sea view at Block 18 and the other one is near the main resort and the beach also with sea view at Block 1 lots 13 & 14.
- The investors will purchase the lots at 20% discount if paid in cash; 15% if paid in 6 months and 10% if in 12 months.
- They can build condotels thereon and sell it themselves or thru Catcove marketing arm.
- Catcove gets 30% commission if the investors use its permits and licenses or require Catcove to administer construction and selling of condo-units or to operate the condotels.
OPTION 4: ADVANCE PURCHASE OF CONDO UNITS BY FLOOR
- We allow advance purchase of condo units by floor with details:
