INTRODUCTION
San Vicente is best known for Long Beach, a 15 Km stretch of beachfront interrupted by two rocky cliffs dividing the area into three wide coves. Long Beach is roughly three times the length of the famous White Beach of Boracay, the Philippines’ best known beach.

The development of San Vicente as a tourist destination has only recently begun. Its designation as a Flagship Tourism Enterprise Zone (Flagship TEZ) by the Tourism Infrastructure & Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA), a Philippine government agency, should enable development to proceed in a more
orderly and coordinated manner compared to other tourism destinations in the country. Necessary infrastructure investments are taking place, and access to San Vicente is improving.

The property is bounded by over 100 meters of beachfront on Long Beach itself. It is adjacent to Club Agutaya, the only high-end accommodation available in the area. The property's location is one of the four communities through which Long Beach passes.
